Experience & Ability: A full dance floor at a wedding comes down to four elements:

1. What to play? ie. what songs have a proven track record to be popular?
2. When to play certain songs? Older songs first and building up the beat as and years as the night goes on. *Note, this is not always the case as some weddings need new music first.
3. How to play it? Beat-mixing (a.k.a. beat-matching). Reading the crowd and adapting to their response. A lot of DJ’s might be able to play great music, but can they make it flow?
4. What not to play? Our experience has taught us what songs have flopped in the past and how to deal with that crazy uncle who keeps requesting death metal “Trust me, everyone will love it”.

Image: We don’t play games with your reception. While your reception is supposed to be fun, it is not a joke. The DJ is not the spotlight of the evening, you are. Our job is to keep the dance floor full by engaging you and your guests with fantastic music. Our DJ’s are young, enthusiastic, experienced, and professionally dressed in our custom uniform shirt and tie.

Professionalism: We arrive on time and setup before guests arrive. We are polite and courteous with all of your guests. We work with your venue, wedding planner and photographer/videographer to ensure that the timing of your wedding is flawless. It is very important to us that we maintain your schedule or at the very least letting the banquet staff know of any delays. This ensures you don’t get a cold rubber chicken dinner!

Attention to detail: Playing great music is only a portion of what makes for a successful and unforgettable wedding. Preparation is a major part of ensuring everything runs smoothly; from correctly pronouncing the names during the introduction of the bridal party to making sure right songs are played when the Bride and Groom expect them. The discussions we have with you prior to your wedding is just as important as your special evening.
